Szymon has more than 20 years’ experience in the short-term rental and property subletting market. He is now developing this expertise further, specializing in long-term rental management.
He holds a master’s degree in Property Management and Property Valuation from AGH University. He is a licensed estate agent, co-founder and one of the people behind the growth of TDB Nieruchomości.
In his work, he focuses on efficiency, process optimization, and maximizing results for property owners.
Ewa Lis
Estate Agent and Operations Manager
Ewa has been involved in the property market since 2018. Day to day, she deals with sales, lettings and the management of rental apartments. In her work, she focuses on efficient organization, clear communication, and solutions that genuinely take the workload off property owners.
Previously, she gained client-facing experience in the short-term rental sector, which today translates into high service standards and attention to detail. What matters most to her is that every client receives exactly the level of service she would expect herself if she were on the other side.
Alongside this, as Operations Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and the development of service standards, making sure that every process is organized and effective.
Dawid Bambynek

Dawid has over 10 years’ experience in property management, covering both the management of housing communities and private rentals. On a daily basis, he is responsible for the ongoing handling of properties, combining operational knowledge with a business-focused approach.
He has specialist education in administration, property management and facility management, as well as knowledge in property valuation and project management.
In his work, he focuses on efficient organization, effective problem-solving, and the stable, trouble-free functioning of properties, so that the owner does not need to get involved in day-to-day rental matters.

Karolina has been involved in the property market since 2021. Day to day, she deals with rental management and comprehensive care for apartments. In her work, she focuses on direct contact, clear communication, and solutions that genuinely support property owners in everyday management.
She combines client service experience with attention to detail and a high standard of service, building relationships based on trust and effectiveness. What matters most to her is that every cooperation runs smoothly and responds to the real needs of clients.
Alongside this, she is responsible for HR within the company, supporting team development and ensuring the smooth running of internal processes. She combines operational skills with a people-focused approach, which translates into good work organization and the stable development of the company.
Michał Olas
Maintenance Technician | Technical Care
Michał is responsible for the ongoing technical care of apartments and rapid response to any maintenance issues. He handles both minor repairs and the comprehensive preparation of apartments between tenants. He ensures that works are well organized, costs are under control, and practical solutions are applied.
