Rental of the entire apartment
is the most popular form of rental, allowing you to multiply the money
from your property. The advantages
of such a solution are one contract with one tenant and, in the case of a fixed-term contract, a guarantee of receiving income from the lease for the period specified in the contract.

In case of any damage, the relevant amount will be charged from the deposit that was paid at the beginning of the lease. After all formalities are settled, we prepare the apartment for re-rent.
